1. Overview

At anyWeblink.com, protecting your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you browse the Directory, submit or report a listing, or buy a Sponsored or Top Category placement, and how we handle that data. It supplements the main anyWeblink.com Privacy Policy, which covers the rest of the platform (the traffic exchange, AutoSurf, and the URL Shortener); if the two ever conflict, the main policy controls.

2. Information We Collect

• Submission Data: When you submit a website, we collect what you provide: the website title, URL, description, category, and the email address you want the verification code sent to. You do not need an account to submit.
• Network & Device Data: With each submission and each report we record your IP address, and for submissions a device identifier (machine ID). We use these only to prevent spam and abuse, including enforcing IP and device bans.
• Reports: If you report a listing, we store the listing, the reason you select or give, your IP address, and the time.
• Payment Data: If you buy a Sponsored or Top Category placement, PayPal sends us a payment confirmation containing the transaction ID, amount paid, the listing and number of days purchased, the payment status, and your PayPal payer email address. We never receive or store your card number or PayPal login details.
• Log Data & Cookies: Like most websites, our servers record standard technical data sent by your browser, including your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and timestamps. We use a session cookie to keep basic state (for example, the submission cooldown and a pending verification) and for administrator login.
• Local Storage: The Directory may save small preferences, such as which sections of the page you collapsed or an unsent draft of the submission form, in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data is not sent to us unless you submit the form.

3. How We Use Information

The information we collect is used strictly to:

• Verify that a submitter controls the email address provided, using a one-time 6-digit code.
• Display and manage website directory listings and SEO landing pages.
• Review and moderate new listings and visitor reports.
• Activate, track, and end paid Sponsored and Top Category placements, and keep transaction records.
• Prevent spam, bots, and abuse of the platform, including banning IP addresses or devices.
• Communicate with submitters regarding the status of their links or platform updates if necessary.

4. What Is Public

Once a listing is approved, its title, URL, description, and category are shown publicly in the Directory. Your email address, IP address, and device identifier are never displayed.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or submitted email addresses to third parties. We share data only with PayPal (to process placement payments, under PayPal's own privacy policy), with our hosting and infrastructure providers who run our servers, and when required by law or to protect the security and integrity of our platform.

6. Data Retention

Verification records are deleted once your code is verified. Approved listings, and the email address submitted with them, are kept until the listing is removed. Reports and transaction records are kept as long as needed to moderate the Directory, prevent repeat abuse, and meet accounting and tax requirements. You can ask us to remove a listing, and the email address stored with it, at any time.

7. External Links

Our directory contains external links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or security policies of those external sites.

8. Children

The Directory is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
