1 Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to anyWeblink.com and its related tools (AutoSurf, the dashboard, credit purchases, and the referral program). It does not apply to third-party sites you reach by viewing a submitted link — once you leave our site, that destination's own privacy practices apply. We encourage you to review the policies of any site you visit.
2 Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to operate an account-based traffic exchange service:

3 How We Use Information
- To create and secure your account, authenticate logins, and enable password resets.
- To operate the credit system: crediting views, debiting spend, tracking daily bonuses, and calculating referral rewards.
- To process credit purchases through our payment processor and apply purchased credits to your account.
- To detect and prevent fraud, multi-accounting, automation abuse, and other violations of our Terms of Service.
- To review submitted links, respond to member reports, and moderate content.

5 Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the Service to function:
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in between page loads. This is required for the Service to work and cannot be disabled without logging you out.
- CSRF/security tokens — protect forms (such as admin actions) from cross-site request forgery.
We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, this Policy will be updated accordingly.
6 How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment processor (PayPal) — to process credit purchases. PayPal receives the information needed to complete your transaction under its own privacy policy.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — who store and run our servers and database under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- Other members, in limited form — your username (never your email, password, or IP) is visible to other members next to links you submit, in referral lists, and in public leaderboards where applicable.
- Legal compliance — if required to comply with a valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of anyWeblink.com, our members, or the public.
- Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, member information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
7 Data Security
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, never in plain text. We use prepared database queries and access controls to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, and admin actions are protected with anti-forgery tokens. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices appropriate to a service of this size.
8 Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we will delete your account record along with your submitted links and view history, except where we are permitted or required to retain limited data (for example, transaction records for tax/accounting purposes, or information needed to enforce our Terms against repeat abuse).
9 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate account information (most of this you can update yourself from your dashboard).
- Delete your account and associated personal data, subject to the retention exceptions above.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, where applicable law provides that right.
- Export a copy of your data in a portable format.

10 Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Our servers may be located in a country different from your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in that country, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
