1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, submitting a link, viewing links to earn credits, using AutoSurf, or otherwise accessing anyWeblink.com (the "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 15. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Description of the Service
anyWeblink.com is a free traffic exchange platform. Members earn credits by viewing links submitted by other members, and spend those credits to have their own links, videos, or referral pages shown to other members. The Service also includes:
- AutoSurf — an automated, timed link-viewing tool available at /autosurf that cycles through eligible links on your behalf while you remain logged in and the tab is active.
- Daily Bonus features — including Spin the Wheel, the Card Flip Game, and a Daily Claim, which award a limited number of bonus credits once per day.
- Referral Program — members can share a unique referral link and earn a percentage of the credits their referrals go on to earn, as described on the dashboard.
- Credit purchases — members may optionally purchase additional credits through our payment processor.
We do not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, conversions, or results from using the Service, and features, credit rates, and reward amounts may change at any time at our discretion.
3 Eligibility & Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- You may register and maintain only one account per person. Multiple accounts created to farm credits, referral bonuses, or bonus games are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your email address up to date, as it may be used for password resets and important account notices.
- Notify us immediately at support@anyweblink.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
4 Credits
Credits are an internal unit used solely to allocate views within the Service. Credits:
- Have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not a currency, security, or financial instrument.
- Are non-transferable between accounts except through the mechanics of the Service itself (e.g., viewing links, referral earnings, purchases).
- May be adjusted, reset, capped, or removed by us at our sole discretion — including to correct errors, reverse fraudulent activity, or enforce these Terms.
- Purchased credits are described further in Section 9.
5 Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
- Use bots, scripts, browser automation (other than our own AutoSurf tool), click farms, VPN/proxy rotation, or any other method to artificially generate views, credits, or referrals.
- Submit links to content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, or that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Submit links containing malware, phishing pages, cryptojacking scripts, or any content designed to harm or deceive visitors.
- Submit links that are broken, redirect deceptively, or do not match their stated title.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or bypass the Service's security, rate limits, or credit-timer mechanisms.
- Harass, defraud, or attempt to extract personal information from other members.
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit access to the Service without our written permission.
Violation of this section may result in credit forfeiture, link removal, account suspension, or permanent ban, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
6 Link Submission, Review & Removal
- All submitted links are subject to review and must be approved by an administrator before they appear to other members.
- We may reject, pause, or remove any link — approved or pending — at any time and for any reason, including reports from other members.
- Other members can flag a link as broken, not loading, inappropriate, spam, or otherwise problematic using the report feature. We review reports and may remove the link or dismiss the report at our discretion.
- You are solely responsible for the content of any link, page, or destination you submit. We do not review or endorse the content of destination sites beyond our initial approval check, and content on third-party sites may change after approval.
- Credits assigned to a removed or rejected link are not automatically refunded unless we determine the removal was made in error.
7 AutoSurf
AutoSurf automatically cycles through eligible links on a timer while you are logged in. AutoSurf is a separate service with its own account, login, and credit balance — registering or logging in on anyWeblink.com does not create or log you into an AutoSurf account, and credits are not shared or transferable between the two. By using AutoSurf, you additionally agree that:
- You may register and maintain only one AutoSurf account per person, separately from any anyWeblink.com account, subject to the same one-account rule described in Section 3.
- Using AutoSurf without registering an AutoSurf account puts you in guest mode, which carries a lower website slot limit than a registered AutoSurf member. Current guest and member limits are shown on the AutoSurf dashboard and may change at any time.
- You are responsible for ensuring your use of AutoSurf complies with the terms of service of any destination site it loads. We are not responsible for consequences arising from a destination site's own policies.
- AutoSurf must not be combined with external automation (headless browsers, click bots, tab-multiplying scripts, etc.) to multiply credit earnings beyond normal use of the tool.
- We may pause, rate-limit, or disable AutoSurf access for any account at our discretion, including to prevent abuse or protect destination sites from excessive automated traffic.
8 Referral Program
Members can share a personal referral link to invite new users. Referral rewards, including the percentage shared and any caps, are displayed on your dashboard and may change at any time. Referral rewards obtained through fake accounts, self-referral, incentivized sign-up services, or spam are void and may result in account suspension.
9 Purchases & Payments
- We offer optional credit packages for purchase through a third-party payment processor (PayPal). We do not collect or store your full payment card or PayPal account credentials — payment is handled entirely by the processor.
- Credits are typically applied automatically upon confirmed payment. If a purchase does not reflect in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support@anyweblink.com with your transaction details.
- Because credits have no cash value and are consumed to obtain a service (link promotion), purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been added to your account, except where required by law or where we determine a billing error occurred.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of the associated account pending resolution.
10 Suspension & Termination
We may suspend, ban, or delete your account and forfeit associated credits at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of other members, chargebacks, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us — see our Privacy Policy for details on what happens to your data.
11 Intellectual Property
The anyWeblink.com name, logo, design, and site software are our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without permission. You retain ownership of the content and destination links you submit, but grant us a limited license to display, cache, and route traffic to that content as necessary to operate the Service.
12 Third-Party Content & Disclaimer
Links displayed through the Service are submitted by other members and are not independently verified for accuracy, safety, or legality beyond our initial review. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party site you visit through the Service, including sites reached via AutoSurf or our sponsor placements.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
13 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANYWEBLINK.COM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF CREDITS, DATA, TRAFFIC, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless anyWeblink.com and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or the content of any link you submit.
15 Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, your only recourse is to stop using the Service.
16 Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which anyWeblink.com operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly.
